Uwe Schweickert is a Board Member of Crypto Finance AG and Leader Business Analytics and Strategy for Trading and Clearing business at Deutsche Börse Group.

Uwe has worked at Deutsche Börse AG since 1999. Over the course of his career, he has held several roles within the company, with the focus on corporate development as well as on M&A for cash and derivatives markets.

Uwe was responsible for the Group’s representative offices in Beijing, Moscow, and Chicago, and he was Managing Director of the Swiss operations of derivatives in Zurich/Zug.

He served as Managing Director since 2016. Up until 2018, he led Market Operations, Information Security, and was Chief of Staff responsible for Information Technology for the Executive Office.

Furthermore he is a Member of the Board of Directors of Quantitative Brokers LLC (New York), and a Member of the Supervisory Board of the European Energy AG (Leipzig) and of 360X AG (Frankfurt/Main).

Uwe studied Economics at the Free University in Berlin, Germany.
