Personal Assistant / Receptionist (80-100%)
Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO: handle correspondence, phone calls, and taking notes at meetings
  • Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments
  • Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Manage the agenda, reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Create, compile, and/or prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on the CEO’s behalf
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO as needed
  • Welcome visitors and clients, and direct them to meeting rooms
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
  • Assist with other clerical duties
What we’re looking for
  • A self-motivated, discrete, and trustworthy individual
  • Tact and diplomacy; friendly personality
  • Good listening and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English is a must
  • Basic knowledge of and interest in blockchain technology and crypto assets is an advantage
  • The ability to be proactive and take initiative
  • Some previous experience in business or admin is an advantage
  • Desire to work in an inspiring, dynamic, and rapidly growing group
